Glass restoration and protection through innovation

GlassMasters is a leading provider of glass protection services in New Zealand. Our innovative, cost effective and environmentally friendly solutions to the problem of scratched glass vandalism help government departments, Councils, transport operators, building owners and businesses to manage this type of vandalism effectively.

Our business was started in 2009 by Christopher Bennett, as a response to the growing trend of vandal-caused glass scratching and glass etching in New Zealand and the lack of cost-effective and innovative solutions for dealing with the problem. With an ethos of top service at a fair price whilst providing an environmentally friendly alternative to glass replacement, GlassMasters focuses on glass scratch repair and glass protection services for a wide range of customers.

We import and install Clear Anti-Graffiti Window Film, but we also install Printed Anti-Graffiti Window Film, Safety and Security Film and Solar Window Film.

As part of GlassMasters community enagement responsibilty we have protected vandalised glass for free (or at cost) to not-for-profit organisations. Some of the community organisations we have helped include: the Salvation Army, the Disabled Citizens' Society, the Northcote Community Constable and Waipu Museum. If your not-for-profit organisation could benefit from GlassMasters help, please feel free to contact us.

We care about our environment. Removing scratch and mineral damage from glass by using The Glass Masters System will help reduce the amount of glass we need to manufacture, which in turn reduces the CO2 emissions produced during manufacture. The glass industry is one of the biggest consumers of energy. Every 1000kg of glass manufactured produces over 600kg of C02. Also, most unlike glass bottles, most window glass is not easily recycled and is destined for the land fill. The mining of sand used to make glass also raises environmental concerns. If at all possible, restore rather than replace. Your planet will thank you.
